A contract is formed between Atkin Guitars Limited and the customer when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled at anytime.
E-mail will be used as the standard means of communication.
When you place your order, an e-mail confirming your order, and acceptance of our terms conditions, will be sent. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms.
Atkin Guitars Limited does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with third parties.
You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
All orders are shipped within five business days from receipt of payment in full.
Our parcels are sent via Evri; and small packages sent via Royal Mail.
If you are not at your specified delivery address to take receipt of your parcel, your parcel will be ‘left in a safe place’ and you will receive a card with details of where your parcel has been left.
If you provide us with an incorrect address, or you fail to collect your goods from a specified location, we will be unable to compensate you.
Delivery is currently only available to Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Delivery times vary dependant on your location.
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.
Atkin Guitars Limited attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. Atkin Guitars Limited does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in Great Britain.

We require all shortages to be notified on delivery and we will be happy to refund the item. Please notify us by email to: email@example.com
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we will be more than happy to replace or refund the item on receipt of returned goods, provided the goods returned arrive at our offices no later than 30 days after purchase (in some cases, and at our discretion, a picture of the item sent via email will be sufficient). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund has been processed/cleared.
