The Boo Hewerdine Signature model OM is a replica of the first guitar we built for Boo back in 2000. Boo has been a key figure in the Atkin story. He is a world renowned songwriter and has worked with some of the greats. Boo’s original guitar had a 1 3/4″ nut which helps with his finger picking style. Some more notable points is the Aged Sitka top with simple Black/White/Black rosette, Indian Rosewood back and sides bound with white celluloid. The front and back of the head stock are adorned with Ebony and the guitar features an Atkin pearl logo. This model has the robust voicing of a OM37 with the wider fret board.
