Numero Uno! Our very first S type guitar. The first Atkin with our new headstock. The first Atkin “in house” hand wound pickups. Moments after it was strung up we knew we were onto something. This guitar plays, feels and sounds every bit the premium guitar we wanted it to be. The feedback from players dropping into the workshop has been overwhelmingly positive. Being our first it has some unique specs to set it apart from it’s younger siblings, Lightweight bass wood body, Alnico ii plain enamel pickups, 9.5mm body edge radius. 2.6mm wide frets. A real character to encourage some guitar geekery chatter!
